Shipping policy

1. Shipping area

We currently ship to mainland Spain. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we do not have an online rate: write to us at info@moonxiii.com and we will prepare a personalised quote with no obligation.

2. Rates

Standard shipping to mainland Spain: €3.99 (VAT included).
Free shipping on orders of €80 or more (VAT included).

3. Delivery times

Orders placed on a business day before 5:00 pm (Spanish peninsular time) are prepared and handed over to the carrier the same day; orders placed after 5:00 pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, are prepared the next business day. Shipping is handled by GLS and transit time is 24-48 business hours in mainland Spain. Overall, your order will usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days.

4. Order tracking

When your order leaves our facilities you will receive an email with the shipment tracking information.
