2. Purpose and acceptance

These General Terms of Sale govern the purchase of the products offered on moonxiii.com. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms, of the legal notice and of our privacy, shipping and refund policies. The user declares that they are of legal age. The contract is concluded in Spanish.

3. Products and prices

Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included and are shown itemised during checkout before you confirm payment (see the shipping policy). Offers and promotional prices are valid while displayed in the store. We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical errors in prices; if an error is evident, we will contact you before dispatching so you can confirm or cancel the order.

4. Purchase process

To buy: add the items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and billing details, choose the payment method and confirm the order. You can review and correct your order before confirming. You will receive a confirmation email; the contract is deemed concluded when we send you that confirmation.

5. Payment

Payment is made through the methods shown at checkout (processed by Shopify Payments). Payment data is transmitted encrypted; we do not store your full card details. Orders may be subject to anti-fraud checks.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship to mainland Spain; personalised quotes are prepared for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Rates and times: see the shipping policy. Shipping is handled by GLS: orders placed on a business day before 5:00 pm are prepared the same day (after that time, or on a weekend or public holiday, the next business day), and transit time is 24-48 business hours in mainland Spain. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the consumer upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with the refund policy. You may use the withdrawal form, although it is not compulsory. You can manage your returns and, if your order has not yet been shipped, request its cancellation, directly online from your customer account. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer, who arranges the return shipment with the carrier of their choice, except for faulty items or errors attributable to us; we do not charge return or restocking fees.

8. Statutory warranty

All products carry the statutory conformity warranty of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. In the event of any lack of conformity, write to us at info@moonxiii.com.

9. Customer service and complaints

You may address any enquiry or complaint to info@moonxiii.com · +34 615 265 549. We will reply as soon as possible and, for complaints, within the maximum legal period. You may also turn to the Consumer Arbitration Boards or other alternative consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the consumer's place of residence. Should any clause be declared void, the remaining terms shall remain in force.
